What exactly is the source of the dreams we see?

What is the source of our dreams? Do they come from events or situations that are antagonizing in everyday life or from feelings or thoughts we throw into subconscious?
A healthy person spends about 2 hours each night dreaming. But most of the dreams we have seen are quickly forgotten. The phenomena that emerge with vivid, impressive, visual and auditory illusions during sleep are also known as 'dreams'. It can be quite simple and close to reality, it can be full of fantasies and surreal.Dreams have been a curiosity since the earliest times. The concepts of root and value have changed considerably over time. The difference between 'real' and 'dream' has been the subject of controversy for centuries. In many cultures, this distinction is not clear; because the people living in the dreams are assumed to be as real as those living in the least waking. In ancient times, dreams were thought to contain prophecies about the future. For example, the Ancient Egyptians compiled dream interpretations about 4000 years ago. In the texts mentioned, prophetic dreams are mentioned.Again in Ancient Greece, it was believed that some dreams carried messages about the future. But Aristotle, for example, evaluates dreams with a relatively scientific approach and emphasizes the role of emotions and emotions. The most well-known and debated view on the meaning and significance of dreams is the 'psychoanalyst' dream theory developed by Sigmund Freud. According to Freud, what is seen in the dreams is the outward presence of unconscious desires. They are mostly related to sexuality and repressed spirits. It is almost impossible to suppress desires during sleep. At this point, the desires can be freely shot out. The consciousness of the dreaming person is often transformed into imagery. This transformation is influenced by the sensory stimuli perceived during sleep, memories of previous hadiths and deep-seated memories. For this reason, in psychoanalysis, importance is given to the analysis of unconscious by interpretation of dreams. One of the views following Sigmund Freud belongs to Alfred Adler. Adler suggests that dreams assume the function of supporting the planning of the future from the past. Carl Gustav Jung, who conducted the most detailed and comprehensive research related to his dreams and interpretations; the images and icons in the dream defend the idea that when they are handled on their own, they carry the special meaning in the name of the person and that the person reflects them to them. Our mind is like an iceberg. The conscious mind is a small part of the iceberg above the water. The subconscious is the enormous main part under the water. While awake, it is the conscious part that is active. In sleep, the unconscious mind emerges. The subconscious is constantly active.
